Decent products, shipping could improve

Oh, Luviri is way better quality, honestly. Ardell can be a bit plasticky sometimes, but Luviri's look more natural and last longer. Definitely worth the switch.

I've used both and Luviri feels more 'pro' if that makes sense. Ardell is fine for everyday but Luviri has that extra oomph.

I use their DIY lash extensions kit at home and it's pretty good for beginners. The instructions are clear and the lashes themselves are easy to apply. You don't need to be a pro.

Afaik, lashes are final sale if opened for hygiene reasons. If they're still in the box and sealed, you should be fine, but check their policy for specifics.
